As an expert in organizational leadership, she specializes in crafting strategic initiatives, and change management strategies that foster a high-performance culture. Stacey is also renowned for coaching both executive and frontline talent, empowering them to leverage their unique strengths and ideas to successfully implement and execute plans with measurable results.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education, along with certifications in personal development coaching from the CaPP Institute and nonprofit consulting from BoardSource.  Additionally, she is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) scholar.

Jossalyn is a compassionate community leader with over 14+ years of experience working with K-12, private, and corporate organizations throughout the country to disrupt practices that do not align with organizational goals. As an organization development practitioner, she provides executive coaching, crafted strategic and change management plans, and led continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiencies, alignment, and implementation. Jossalyn appreciates the value and contributions people bring and believes the critical lever to change is honoring and celebrating each person's unique abilities and approach.

Jossalyn has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is also a certified Executive Coach and Prosci Change Practitioner.

Simma is a strategic leader with a strong focus on closing the achievement gap and expanding equitable access to high-quality learning experiences for all students. She has collaborated with district leaders to secure standards-aligned curricula, build digital ecosystems that integrate student data, and develop student-centered learning models. Simma has shared her expertise as a technical advisor to the Gates Foundation, a presenter at iNACOL and Learning Forward Conferences, and a contributor to education publications.

Simma worked as the Managing Partner at Education Elements and a Director at Gartner, Inc, focused exclusively on building relationships and managing projects in K-12 Education.
