Stacey is also renowned for coaching both executive and frontline talent, empowering them to leverage their unique strengths and ideas to successfully implement and execute plans with measurable results.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education, along with certifications in personal development coaching from the CaPP Institute and nonprofit consulting from BoardSource.  Additionally, she is a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) scholar.

Jossalyn Wilson, MSOD

Jossalyn is a compassionate community leader with over 14+ years of experience working with K-12, private, and corporate organizations throughout the country to disrupt practices that do not align with organizational goals. As an organization development practitioner, she provides executive coaching, crafted strategic and change management plans, and led continuous improvement efforts to drive efficiencies, alignment, and implementation. Jossalyn appreciates the value and contributions people bring and believes the critical lever to change is honoring and celebrating each person's unique abilities and approach.

Jossalyn has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development, a Master of Arts in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is also a certified Executive Coach and Prosci Change Practitioner.

With expertise in professional learning, she has trained over 500 education leaders to strengthen curriculum implementation and equity-focused practices. Her success in business development and partnership cultivation has secured multi-year contracts and expanded consulting services. Jenni's leadership in the ADEI Learning Series engaged 90% of Massachusetts adult education programs, influenced state policy, and supported racial equity planning.

She holds a Master of Science in Administration and Educational Leadership from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary English Education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she served as President of the inaugural class of NC Teaching Fellows.

Carrie Griffin Monica

Carrie Griffin Monica is a strategic planning and communications expert with over 20 years in organizational leadership, public affairs, and political strategy. She provides trusted advisory services to leaders across sectors, specializing in high-stakes environments. Carrie has directed over 100 successful electoral campaigns and contributed to impactful education and health policy reforms in Louisiana.

She holds an MPA from the University of Maine and a BA in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee. Outside work, Carrie enjoys marathon running, hosting Airbnb guests, and spending time with her children in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
